General terms of sale

1. Orders and acceptance

Every order received is subject to formal acceptance by arimas. The written order confirmation is the binding act of the commercial relationship.

2. Pricing

Prices indicated in offers are net of VAT and are valid for 30 days from the issue date, unless otherwise specified in writing.

3. Delivery times

Delivery times shown are indicative. arimas commits to notify any variation promptly when caused by manufacturer availability or by export-compliance constraints.

4. Payments

Payment terms are agreed case by case and specified in the offer. For new customers, advance payment is required.

5. Warranty

Warranty on distributed products follows the manufacturer terms. For services delivered directly by arimas, a 12-month good-technical-outcome warranty applies.

6. Governing jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from this commercial relationship falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of L'Aquila.
