Use Policy.

Use of arimas platforms (arimas Store, nextcarto, arimasLab and any associated cloud service) is subject to the following rules, designed to guarantee availability, integrity and confidentiality of the service for all users.

Prohibited behaviors

• Attempts to access unauthorized resources, accounts or third-party data.
• Reverse engineering, decompilation or massive scraping of the service in violation of the contract.
• Use of shared credentials beyond the contracted number.
• Upload of illegal content, malware or third-party copyrighted material.
• Activities that may compromise service performance for other users.
• Use for the violation of export-controlled regulations, international sanctions or embargoes.

Monitoring and sanctions

arimas reserves the right to monitor usage of its platforms via automated anomaly detection tools and to suspend or terminate access in case of violation, without prejudice to the right to claim damages and report to the competent authorities.
